Clean Amla in water well.
Tap it with dry cloth, cut it into 4 pieces and remove the seeds. (no need to cook anything)
Sprinkle Salt to the above and mix everything well, let it set for 10 minutes.
Take a wide plate and spread the above on the plate and keep it directly under sun for 2 days.
Once a Amla became hard take preserve it into dry container.
That's it tasty, salty and healthy salted amla is ready. Carry this in small box with you, have it whenever you want. As it's dried it gives good crunchy bites.
This is my mom's recipe.. I always preserve Amla like this for full year😊.
